Aura, 145653

Aura came in as a pregnant stray, found in Transcona in August- she has been with us for over 3 months already! Aura gave birth to 6 kittens in the shelter and was sent to foster care. Aura is a really sweet kitty who is a bit shy and would probably do better with older kids. As a longterm kitty, her adoption fee has been reduced to $48.06- this includes her spay, vaccine, microchip and more! We’d love to see her in a home for the holidays.

Tom is a fantastic dog who would love nothing more than to be on a working farm. This 1 year old Border Collie is incredibly smart and hard working- always seeking his next cue, he’ll require an owner committed to keeping him mentally and physically active. Tom possesses a real herding instinct that would serve well on a ranch or farm but would require some direction in a home setting. Tom is very affectionate, friendly and listens very well- adoption fee of $179.00 includes his neuter, vet exam, vaccine, microchip and more! Due to the fact he’s so smart, he gets bored easily in the shelter and we’d love to send him home soon.

Kitty, 111188

Kitty is a sweet little cat found on Speers Road on August 28. Kitty seems to be OK with other cats and has been blood tested negative for FIV & FeLV viruses. Kitty is about 4.5 years old and can be a bit shy to start off. We’d love for Kitty to be “home” for Halloween! $79.00 fee includes her blood test, spay, vaccine, pet insurance & much, much more!

Oreo, 109132

Oreo is “Wrinkles’” best buddy; they were both surrendered to us when their owner moved in mid-July. These two large dogs have been so good about sharing a kennel together; they wouldn’t want it any other way. They must go home together as her pal, Wrinkles, cannot bear to be without Oreo. A very special fee applies for both dogs, only $110.00 for the pair, and that still includes their vet exams, vaccine, microchip, behaviour assessment and much more!
