We Have A New Template!

I have finally updated our 2005 template with the new standard network template. For the color scheme, I chose a blended yellow and orange color header because yellow didn’t look - orange didn’t look - but they looked good together!

This will eventually be the new template for all the “LVR” series of blogs, which will be linked at the top of the template.

This template is less maintenance, and does not require as many plugins and I have been consciously trying to reduce this blog from having once over 60 plugins, to under 30 wordpress plugins activated.

Currently - if you go to the Archives page, you will see that my choice of tags over the 3600 or so posts that are in this blog are quite extensive. Add to the fact the upgrades from wordpress 2.2 to the 2.3 version with the tagging imported weird stuff from old UTW and Bunny Tag Plugins … so, there seems to be about 10,000 of them! The good news, is that I will probably be trying to simplify these GREATLY over time. I have already made a dent - but, I hope to make much more of dent by the end of this month.
