Stop criminalizing the people. There are already laws against animal abuse, or neglect. It is already illegal to dump your animals in the desert, or on the streets. We are tired of the government picking the pockets of the average Joe. We don’t need this ridiculous nanny state to hold our hands. Furthermore, we certainly do not need the government to continually inhibit us to police ourselves. The idiocracy is dumbing the people down to prepare us for there agenda. Wake up people. Go to church. Study some history. You do have God given rights.
